A new built-in community experience designed to transform ERGs.io into a true ERG hub. Communities will allow ERG leaders to: Join interest- or identity-based groups Start discussions Ask questions Comment and engage with peers Access shared resources and programming ideas specific to that community Examples mentioned: Women’s ERG community Shared communications calendars Topic-specific programming libraries This replaces fragmented external community spaces previously hosted on Slack or other platforms.

📂 Template Center

A centralized hub for ERG templates and resources. This feature is designed to: Consolidate scattered ERG resources into one location Provide downloadable templates and operational materials Eventually include wishlist/request functionality for future templates and resources The Template Center also introduces more community interaction features into the platform ecosystem.

🗓️ Observances & Holiday Integration

The planner will include built-in awareness dates, holidays, and observances to help ERG leaders plan more strategically. When users click into an observance, the platform will surface: Relevant vendors Programming ideas Suggested services tied to that observance The intent is to make programming feel more intentional and increase visibility for vendors connected to those communities.

🤝 Vendor-to-Calendar Assignment

Instead of simply bookmarking vendors, users can now assign vendors and services directly to specific months and initiatives inside the planner. Example: Assigning an empathy workshop to Women’s History Month Saving confidence-building programming ideas for leadership initiatives This creates a much more actionable planning workflow.

🎯 Theme-Based Monthly Planning

ERG leaders will be able to create themed months (e.g., career growth, spring cleaning, wellbeing, leadership development) to organize programming intentionally throughout the year. This helps ERGs: Build more cohesive programming strategies Tie events to broader narratives or initiatives Improve budgeting justification and engagement alignment

📅 Year Planner / Team Planner

A collaborative annual planning tool that allows ERG leaders to organize programming across the year. Leaders can: Assign themes to specific months Add notes and planning details Attach vendors, services, and programming ideas directly to calendar months Save inspiration tied to specific initiatives rather than generic bookmarks Share planning calendars with their broader ERG team The goal is to turn ERGs.io into an active planning workspace rather than just a vendor directory.

Vendor Analytics Dashboard

We’re adding a Vendor Analytics Dashboard to ERGs.io to give vendors clear visibility into how their profiles and services are performing. This dashboard will centralize key engagement data so you can better understand ERG Leader interest and how people are interacting with your profile. What the dashboard will include: Profile views The total number of times your vendor profile is viewed Profile saves When a user hearts your profile to save it for later Individual service saves When a user hearts a specific service on your profile Link clicks Clicks on any links within your profile, including: Website links Social media links Booking or inquiry links Time spent on profile Average time users spend viewing your profile Why this matters These insights will help you: See which services are generating the most interest Understand how ERG Leaders engage with your profile Optimize your profile content and service offerings Track performance over time as you make updates or run promotions What’s next This feature is officially on the ERGs.io roadmap and will roll out in a future update. Instant Book Service Button

We’re introducing an Instant Book Service Button to make it easier for ERG leaders to book vendor services directly from ERGs.io — with fewer steps and no required consultation. This feature enables ERG leaders to move from discovery to booking immediately for eligible services. How it will work When enabled, eligible services on a vendor profile will display an Instant Book button, allowing ERG leaders to: Book vendor services directly from ERGs.io Confirm a booking without scheduling or attending a consultation Complete the booking in just a few clicks Why this matters Instant Book will help: Remove friction from the booking process Shorten the path from interest to confirmed engagement Increase conversions for services that are ready to book Create a faster, more seamless experience for ERG leaders What’s next The Instant Book Service Button is officially on the ERGs.io roadmap and will roll out in a future update.
