This feature is designed to: Consolidate scattered ERG resources into one location Provide downloadable templates and operational materials Eventually include wishlist/request functionality for future templates and resources The Template Center also introduces more community interaction features into the platform ecosystem.
The planner will include built-in awareness dates, holidays, and observances to help ERG leaders plan more strategically. When users click into an observance, the platform will surface: Relevant vendors Programming ideas Suggested services tied to that observance The intent is to make programming feel more intentional and increase visibility for vendors connected to those communities.

We’re introducing an Instant Book Service Button to make it easier for ERG leaders to book vendor services directly from ERGs.io — with fewer steps and no required consultation. This feature enables ERG leaders to move from discovery to booking immediately for eligible services.
