We’re introducing an Instant Book Service Button to make it easier for ERG leaders to book vendor services directly from ERGs.io — with fewer steps and no required consultation. This feature enables ERG leaders to move from discovery to booking immediately for eligible services. How it will work When enabled, eligible services on a vendor profile will display an Instant Book button, allowing ERG leaders to: Book vendor services directly from ERGs.io Confirm a booking without scheduling or attending a consultation Complete the booking in just a few clicks Why this matters Instant Book will help: Remove friction from the booking process Shorten the path from interest to confirmed engagement Increase conversions for services that are ready to book Create a faster, more seamless experience for ERG leaders What’s next The Instant Book Service Button is officially on the ERGs.io roadmap and will roll out in a future update. Additional details around eligibility, supported service types, and rollout timing will be shared as development progresses. We’re adding a Vendor Analytics Dashboard to ERGs.io to give vendors clear visibility into how their profiles and services are performing. This dashboard will centralize key engagement data so you can better understand ERG Leader interest and how people are interacting with your profile. What the dashboard will include: Profile views The total number of times your vendor profile is viewed Profile saves When a user hearts your profile to save it for later Individual service saves When a user hearts a specific service on your profile Link clicks Clicks on any links within your profile, including: Website links Social media links Booking or inquiry links Time spent on profile Average time users spend viewing your profile Why this matters These insights will help you: See which services are generating the most interest Understand how ERG Leaders engage with your profile Optimize your profile content and service offerings Track performance over time as you make updates or run promotions What’s next This feature is officially on the ERGs.io roadmap and will roll out in a future update.
