What to Do If You're Not Receiving the Authentication Email
If you're trying to log into ERGs.io but not receiving the authentication code, your email provider may be blocking our verification messages before they reach your inbox or spam folder. This is common with strict email filters and is easy to fix. Our login codes come from this sender: noreply@mail.app.supabase.io To make sure these messages reach you, you'll need to add this address to your safe sender or approved sender list.
1. Add the Authentication Email Address as a Safe Sender
These steps work for most email providers:
Open your email settings
Look for one of these sections (names vary by provider):
Safe Senders
Approved Senders
Allow List
Filters or Rules
Add this exact email address: noreply@mail.app.supabase.io
Save your changes
This tells your email provider that the sender is trusted and should not be blocked.
2. Request a New Authentication Code
Once the sender is approved:
Go back to the ERGs.io login page
Enter your email again
Request a new login code
The new code should now arrive in your inbox.
3. Still Not Receiving the Email?
If the code still doesn’t come through after adding the sender:
Double-check you added the exact address correctly
Make sure your inbox is not full
Try searching your inbox for “supabase” or “ERGs.io”
If you’re on a corporate or institutional email, you may need IT to approve the sender at the domain level
You can also contact us, and we can trigger another code manually to help you test it.
We’re Here to Help
